Glöd Sophie Elise started as a dream of creating a kick-ass Self Tan brand that would be vegan. In 2019, the dream became a reality, and Glöd Sophie Elise was launched. In just a few years, the brand has become a bestselling favorite among the Norwegian people. Glöd self-tanning products have won several tests, including those by Min Mote and Tv2 Hjelper deg, and have received multiple awards at the Norwegian Cosmetics Awards.

Glöd is divided into five categories: Self Tan, skincare, makeup, hair removal, and beta-carotene, with Self Tan being by far the largest. Sophie Elise is extremely passionate about animal welfare and the environment, so strict standards are set for production, packaging, and ethical decisions—without compromising on the quality of the formulations.
